Encode and decode text using the ROT13 cipher, locally in your browser.
🔒 Your data is processed locally in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers.
How it works
ROT13 replaces each letter with the letter located 13 positions further in the alphabet. Applying ROT13 twice returns the original text. Numbers, spaces and punctuation are left unchanged.
Examples
Hello → Uryyb
Uryyb → Hello
Security notes
ROT13 is not encryption and should not be used to protect sensitive information. It is mainly useful for simple text obfuscation.
