How it works
The video is scaled with a high-quality filter and re-encoded as H.264 MP4. “Fit inside” keeps the proportions and uses the largest size that fits; “add black bars” fills the exact target size (letterboxing), “fill and crop” fills it by cutting the edges. Dimensions are rounded to even numbers, as required by H.264.
