How it works
The file is cut into consecutive byte ranges named name.ext.001, .002… — the same convention as 7-Zip and HJSplit, so the parts can be rejoined with the File Merger, 7-Zip, or copy /b (Windows) and cat (macOS/Linux).
FAQ
Can I open a part on its own?
No — each part is only a slice of bytes. Rejoin all parts in order to get the original file back.
