Decode URL-safe Base64, such as the parts of a JSON Web Token.

How it works
The decoder converts “-” and “_” back to “+” and “/”, restores the padding and decodes the bytes as UTF-8. Each part of a JWT is Base64URL: paste the header or payload (the text between the dots) to read it, or use the JWT Decoder for the whole token.
