How it works
Text is encoded as UTF-8 bytes and each byte is written as two hexadecimal digits: “Hi” → 48 69. Accented letters use two bytes (é → C3 A9) and emoji four. The decoder ignores spaces, colons, commas, 0x and \x prefixes, so you can paste hex from almost anywhere.
