How it works
The CSV parser follows RFC 4180: quoted fields, doubled quotes and line breaks inside quotes are handled. The delimiter is detected from the first line. With type detection, 42 becomes a number, true/false booleans and empty cells null; leading-zero values like ZIP codes stay strings.

What if two columns have the same name?
The second one gets a suffix (_2) so no data is lost.
