How it works
The audio is encoded with lamejs, a JavaScript port of the LAME MP3 encoder, directly in your browser. 192 kbps is transparent for most music; 128 kbps is fine for casual listening, and 64 kbps is enough for speech and podcasts. Expect a file 5 to 10 times smaller than the WAV.
