How it works

The QR code is generated in your browser (with the open-source qrcode-generator library) and contains your data directly — there's no redirect link, no tracking and no expiry, unlike many “free” QR services. Wi-Fi codes use the standard WIFI: format that iPhone and Android cameras understand; contact codes use vCard 3.0.

Error correction lets a code still scan when part of it is damaged or covered. Choose High if you add a logo, and keep strong contrast (dark on light) so every phone can read it. Test the code with your phone before printing.

FAQ

Do these QR codes expire?

No. The data is inside the code itself, so it works forever. Only the destination (for example a website) can change.

Is the Wi-Fi password sent anywhere?

No. Everything happens on your device; the password is only stored in the QR image you download.

SVG or PNG?

SVG is a vector file that stays sharp at any size — best for print. PNG is best for websites and documents.
