How it works
Values are split on new lines, commas, semicolons or tabs (so you can paste a spreadsheet column). Single quotes inside values are escaped by doubling them. Oracle allows at most 1,000 items per IN list, so you can split into several IN clauses joined with OR.

Is there a limit on the number of values?
Most databases accept thousands, but very long lists are slow. Consider a temporary table for huge lists.
