How it works
The matcher extracts the skills (from a dictionary of 400+ skills with French and English synonyms) and key terms of the job description, notes which skills appear in its “requirements” part, and checks your CV for each. The score weights required skills more than nice-to-haves (60%), adds keyword coverage (28%) and experience years (12%). Only add skills you really have — and use the job's exact wording.
